OptimaCore was built on a simple belief: not everything should be automated. We've spent 10+ years designing systems that handle the robotic work — so people can do the human work that makes businesses worth running.
We started OptimaCore because we kept seeing the same pattern: small businesses stuck doing work a computer should handle. They'd either overpay for enterprise tools they'd never fully use, or cobble together spreadsheets and manual processes that broke every time someone went on vacation.
Now we bring that same depth of experience to businesses with 10–100 people — fast, focused, and without the overhead.
We're an AI-first team made up of engineers and product managers who've spent the last 25 years solving real operational and product problems.
Our experience spans healthcare, construction, ad tech, finance, marketing, telecommunications, ad agencies, government, investment firms—and especially small and medium businesses, where we do our best work.
After completing our Master's work in AI/ML, we decided to bring that experience together into a new kind of company: one that builds modern software people actually enjoy using. We start with the user experience and build backwards, so the biggest objection isn't "this is too complex"—it's "how did we ever work without this?"
